1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Custom or personalized orders, including bespoke flower arrangements, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as "Final Sale."

Gift cards.

Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
3. Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. To process your claim, we require:

Photos or videos of the damaged or defective product.

Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with the return shipping address.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

Original payment method refunds will take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

For damaged or defective items, we will reimburse the return shipping cost.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Please follow the same process as returns to initiate an exchange.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
